Yes we do deliver. We cover 10km radius starting from our lab, which is located at 30, Fairfield Drive, SW18 1DL.
No, at the moment we don't ship orders.
We accept all major credit card and Paypal.
We do not offer any choux that are dairy free, vegan or sugar free. If we ever do develop any items in the future that we love and fit these standards, it will be announced on our social media.
However we do offer a range of GLUTEN FREE choux. Please be aware that we use a common kitchen therefore contamination may happen.

Yes, we do accept big order. Please use our “contact form “ to send your request . On orders over £150 we do request a 50% deposit 2 weeks before the order date.

24h notice is required to be able to offer a full refund. It may be possible to reschedule the order with 48 hours notice, depending on the perishable ingredients we have ordered for you.
We cannot offer refunds for the following circumstances:
-An incorrect or incomplete shipping address
-Weather related delivery issues
-Choux not removed from packaging in a timely manner (i.e. packages left at an address when someone is out of town)
-Delivery problems beyond our control.
Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot accept returns but may work with you on a store credit or product exchange.
Choux pastry is a French specialty used for cream buns, chocolate eclairs and profiteroles. This pastry has a large cavity which is filled with flavoured cream or custard.
The dough is made with flour, butter, eggs, sugar and water. The butter is obtained cooking a mixture of milk, water, flour and eggs and then put in a piping bag where it will be used to form the round circles on a baking tray.
During the baking process, the dough will rise to form this empty shells. When cool, the pastry is then filled with the desired filling.

Our products are made from scratch with no preservatives, so their shelf life is very different from store-bought bakery treats. Therefore, we recommend our products to be enjoyed on the delivery day.
Yes, once they arrived to you, it’s best to keep them in the fridge until you’ll enjoy them.
No, we don’t suggest to freeze the choux.
No, we don’t send samples.
We do not offer any "Free from" products. We do not recommend ordering if have any type of allergy. Though we are very strict in keeping nuts separate from other food products, all of our products are baked in a kitchen that handles peanuts, hazelnuts and pecans.
We are always happy to help pur customers, but due to the fresh nature of our product, we need at least 4 hours notice to make the order.
