DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver to any address within 15KM from SW18 1DL ,(London). 

Minimum purchase and delivery fee may change base on your postcode and will be charged at the checkout. 

We deliver every day of the week  between 11am and 2pm.  We will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery however Valentina's Recipes will not be responsible if a delivery arrives late due to any circumstances outside our control.

We are unable to provide refunds for any deliveries sent to the wrong location so please make sure your address is correct and if not notify us at least 24hours before your delivery date by contacting us via email :

ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

Order Acceptance Policy

Valentina's Recipes  reserves the right, at our absolute discretion, to accept or reject any order requests without giving reasons. In case of rejection, Valentina's Recipes  will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the same payment method used to make the order.

TIMING OF YOUR ORDER

Customers will be able to select the delivery date and time during the checkout process however we can't guarantee the exact time of the delivery . Our delivery slot is between 11am to 2pm . Valentina's recipes allows advanced order requests only between 1 and 20 days from the day you are placing your order. If you wish to place an order for a longer period, kindly contact us via our ‘Contact us’ section, and we will process the order request for you.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

If you wish to change your order, please contact us at :

We always try our best to accommodate your request and  to make last-minute changes for you, however,  we can only guarantee changes that are requested at least 12 hours before the agreed delivery date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your order, please let us know 2 days before the intended delivery date and we’ll be happy to provide a full refund. Valentina's recipes do not offer any refund for orders cancelled after this notice period.
